Shipping & Returns


Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping throughout New Zealand for $8, including rural addresses.

Orders placed before 12pm (NZST), Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.

Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location.


Exchanges

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item. Once approved, we’ll send your replacement item within New Zealand at no additional shipping cost.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Change-of-Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Approved items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery where possible.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photos.

Please don’t return any items until we’ve provided return instructions.
